Meet the Team
INDIGO WOLF HEAD OFFICE STAFF

Nathan Sayers
Co-founder
With a background in Physical Education and five years in Melbourne's streetwear manufacturing scene, Nathan co-founded Indigo Wolf to create quality sportswear with a design edge. He studied a Bachelor of Physical Education and Diploma of Outdoor and Environmental education at Ballarat Uni (now FedUni), combining his teaching experience with garment manufacturing knowledge to focus on creating gear that performs. Equal parts strategist and product purist, he's the local guy with a global perspective, still raising his family on the Surf Coast and bringing his passion for high quality sportswear to thousands of schools and clubs across Australia. When he’s not in the office, he’s busy raising three active boys on one of their many outdoor adventures.

Damian MacRae
Co-founder
Damian studied a Bachelor of Education, PDHPE, at the University of Wollongong and built his early career teaching in schools across Australia and the UK before transitioning into HR and teacher recruitment. He teamed up with Nathan to build Indigo Wolf from the ground up, based on a shared frustration with cheap, uninspired uniforms. Today, Damo keeps the business sharp and purpose-driven, ensuring every piece of gear we deliver meets the same high bar we set from day one. He lives in Wollongong with his wife and their three kids, who are high-level athletes, and is a passionate Illawarra Hawks supporter!

Nathan Hill
Head of Sales & Business Development
Hilly lives and breathes sport. He studied Sports Marketing, Sports Administration, and Sports Management at Victoria University and is a qualified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. With over two decades working across product design, testing, sales, and fulfillment in the sporting goods industry, he's here to expand our reach, build long-term client relationships, and put Indigo Wolf on more fields, courts and podiums across Australia. A triathlete, cyclist, and surf nut, Hilly brings energy, strategic thinking, and an unmatched commitment to performance. He lives in Ocean Grove with his wife and two kids, keeping the weekends full with beach days, bikes and basketball.

Mel Tierney
Customer Service & Warehouse Manager
Mel brings a wealth of experience to the Indigo Wolf warehouse, with a career that spans government roles in Environmental and Wildfire Management, ski rentals in the Canadian Rockies, and even the launch of her own vintage children’s clothing label. Before joining the pack, she worked across State and Local Government, including frontline service during the 2009 Black Saturday Fires, where she was awarded the National Emergency Medal.
That background in hands-on logistics, client liaison, and love for design all feeds into her current role, where she heads up customer service and warehouse operations out of our Baines Crescent HQ in Torquay. She’s the one-woman engine room behind thousands of smooth deliveries! A former netballer, equestrian rider, and snowboarder (with the scars to prove it), these days she balances life with her family of five, cheering on Collingwood, and backing Oscar Piastri in F1!

Ally Scale
Marketing Manager
Ally blends marketing strategy with creative storytelling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) and a Master of Arts (Writing and Literature) from Deakin University, which she completed in Iceland. With over 15 years of experience in international education marketing at institutions like Deakin, RMIT, and The Gordon, she's the brand voice behind Indigo Wolf's campaigns, content, and comms. When she’s not hosting book clubs or chasing her two boys around Torquay, she’s most likely found in the wild wild west of social media!
INDIGO WOLF OFFSHORE STAFF
Ray
Customer Service & Order Processing
With over nine years of experience across data management and e-commerce, Ray keeps Indigo Wolf’s systems sharp and our orders running smooth. Before joining the team, he worked as a Management Information Specialist, SNS Verifier, and later as an Assistant Manager across operations, sales, and marketing for major platforms like eBay and Amazon.
He brings a detail-first mindset to every order, ensuring the back end runs as reliably as the gear we send out. Away from the desk, Ray’s a proud dad of three, a Midwest Emo fan, and a former local band member who still lives and breathes music. If he’s not spending time with his two daughters and son, you’ll find him on the farm or riding his motorcycle!
Eric
NSW Customer Service & Order Processing
With a background in engineering and two decades of hands-on experience, Eric brings a sharp eye and calm precision to everything he does at Indigo Wolf. Before joining the team, he spent 12 years in manufacturing as a technician and quality control analyst, followed by 8 years in the BPO industry as a process specialist, fine-tuning workflows and keeping complex systems humming. Eric is the quiet achiever behind the scenes, ensuring school and club orders stay accurate, on time and stress-free. When he’s not tracking shipments or updating specs, you’ll likely find him with a racquet in hand or behind a camera lens, indulging his love of badminton and photography.
